Shipping Policy

At Belizabeth Guerrero Art, I strive to deliver your orders as promptly as possible. Please review the following shipping information to understand the expected delivery times and important details about international shipping.

Spain Orders

• Delivery Time: Most Spain orders will arrive within 1 to 3 working days. However, during busy periods such as holidays, delivery may take up to 2 weeks.

• Note: Delays can occur during peak times, such as holiday periods or promotional events.

UK & EU Orders

• Delivery Time: Shipments from Spain to the UK & EU typically take 3 to 9 working days. However, occasional delays may occur, extending delivery times by up to an additional week.

• Customs and Charges for Orders Above €150: EU orders over €150 may be subject to additional customs fees, import taxes, and VAT. Buyers are responsible for paying these charges to release their order from customs.

• Customs and Charges for UK Orders: UK orders may be subject to additional customs fees, import taxes, and VAT. Buyers are responsible for paying these charges to release their order from customs.

• Note: Customs processing may delay the delivery of your order.

International Orders (Outside the EU & UK)

• Delivery Time: International shipments from Spain usually take 6 to 12 working days. However, occasional delays can extend delivery times by up to an additional 15 days. This is uncommon but tends to happen during busy periods of the year.

Customs and Import Taxes

• Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply.

• Delays caused by customs clearance or any fees imposed by customs in the destination country are beyond our responsibility.
